Agentic Labs, UAB (“Superpal”) engages the third-party sub-processors below to provide, secure, and operate the Service. Each processes Customer Data only on our behalf and under contract (including GDPR Article 28 terms and, where data is transferred outside the EEA, EU Standard Contractual Clauses). We do not sell Customer Data and do not use it to train AI models.
