Build the AI digital employee category with us.

Two open roles. Both in Vilnius, Lithuania. Both on-site with the founders, building the product and the company directly.

Founding Engineer

Apply

Way of working

You will be working in a horizontal structure, shoulder to shoulder with both co-founders, where your impact will dictate the product's direction in a very meaningful way.

Building in a competitive space like ours, you need to be curious, open-minded and humble when it comes to testing new tools and growing together with them.

We work on-site, in Vilnius.

The role

You'll touch the whole stack - backend services, the agent runtime, infrastructure, security, LLM integration. If a piece needs building, it's yours to pick up.

What we actually need from you

  • Senior-level backend engineer. You've shipped real production systems and made crucial architectural decisions. Five years plus, but years matter less than what you've built.
  • Comfortable with TypeScript, or willing to switch into it. If you've been writing Node, Nest, Fastify, Express, Adonis, or similar - great. If you're coming from PHP (Symfony/Laravel), Go, Java, Python, or C# and willing to switch, also great. Type discipline matters more than language background.
  • You've worked with containers and at least one cloud. Docker is a given. Kubernetes is a big bonus. GCP, Azure or AWS, any of them is fine.
  • You're curious about AI and agents. You don't need a job-history bullet point on LLMs - but daily use of Claude Code, Codex, Cursor etc. and strong opinions on when to use them (and when not to) is non-negotiable.

Nice to have

  • TypeScript and Node specifically
  • Kubernetes in production
  • GCP (we're on GKE)
  • Redis, Postgres
  • React or Next.js - we have a custom dashboard, admin panel and a landing page
  • Web scraping (Playwright, headless browsers, anti-bot work)
  • Built something on the Anthropic or OpenAI API
  • Built dev tools / custom CLIs before & know how to optimise them for DX
  • Message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka) - not needed now, but we may go there soon

What we give in return

  • Up to €7,000 gross/month, depending on seniority, salary review every 6 months
  • Founding engineer equity (1-3%)
  • Equipment, conferences, AI-tool budget (€300/mo)

GTM Engineer

Way of working

You'll work in a horizontal structure, shoulder to shoulder with both co-founders, where your impact will dictate the company's direction in a very meaningful way.

Building in a competitive space like ours, you need to be curious, open-minded and humble when it comes to testing new tools and growing together with them.

We work on-site, in Vilnius.

The role

You'll own how Superpal goes to market as a system - the full funnel, from first signal to closed deal. Not manually working tools, but building the machine: lead sourcing and enrichment, outbound, scoring and routing, CRM, handoffs, and the reporting that tells us what's working. Increasingly, you'll hand that work to agents - including our own product. You're measured on pipeline and revenue, not activity.

You'll mostly build, but you're not hidden from customers - expect to jump into prospect conversations when it sharpens the system you're building.

What we actually need from you

  • You've owned something tied directly to revenue. Sales, marketing, growth, RevOps - the title doesn't matter. What matters is that you've built or run B2B systems where your work moved pipeline or revenue, and you can point to it.
  • You build with AI and agents every day. This is the core of the role. You string together automated, AI-powered workflows - research, enrichment, personalization, routing - and you have strong opinions on when to let an agent run and when not to. Daily use of tools like Clay, Claude, and the modern AI stack is non-negotiable.
  • You're technical enough to build, not just configure. You can wire tools together with APIs and webhooks, write the glue (light scripting / SQL), and debug a workflow when it breaks - without waiting on an engineer.
  • You think in systems. You'd rather build a repeatable pipeline than hit a number once by hand, and you instinctively avoid the Frankenstack of ten half-working tools.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on with Clay or similar enrichment/automation platforms
  • Outbound infra - cold-email deliverability, domain/inbox setup, sequencing tools
  • CRM ownership (HubSpot, Salesforce, Attio) and the automation around it
  • Built on the Anthropic or OpenAI API, or chained agent workflows end to end
  • Actual coding ability (TypeScript, Python) - not required, but a real edge
  • Comfort being more customer-facing when a deal needs it
  • Early-stage / startup experience where you owned a number
  • Sold or marketed a technical or AI product before

What we give in return

  • Up to €5000 gross monthly salary, salary review every 3 months. Offered through contract, focus on bigger net salary.
  • Meaningful early-team equity 0.5-1.5%
  • Equipment, conferences, AI-tool budget (€300/mo)
